Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
